Built in 1426 (Venetian part) and then occupied for a long period by a Turkish Pasha, the villa was turned into olive oil factory.
The villa is tastefully renovated and the architecture has been preserved, the stones were found locally and were hand-cut, white marble for the floor came from a nearby quarry. The Venetian well provides water and the sinks, stairs and stacks of the olive presses are all original ...
As it is a major archaeological site, only the best craftsmen were used. After several years of work, the villa was finally ready to live in.
In November 1990, it is classified as a Historic Monument by Greek Ministry of Culture.
The pool was recently added and the roof terrace furnished gradually, for the vacation rentals and for family holidays.
